A formal, job task-analysis was conducted by an expert in high-stakes certification testing, and subject matter experts from across the United States provided input. The course is based upon model regulations used throughout the United States and in many other countries. If the jurisdiction utilizes the International Fire Code or the NFPA Fire Code, this course is appropriate. Both codes require crowd manager training to be approved by the jurisdiction, so it’s always best to consult with the fire marshal or inspector to make sure they have approved the course.

This course is accessible by modern devices and browsers, and is mobile device compatible. This is a multimedia course, so have your sound turned on. If you encounter any issues, please let us know and our support team will help you out.

It’s good for a two year period that begins when you successfully complete the final exam in the course. There are two printable versions—wallet size and wall certificate size for framing. You must print the certificate yourself. If you are not near a printer, save a copy of the certificate and email it to a device associated with a printer.

The certificate has a unique code that is associated with each specific user, so if you want to know the validity of a certificate you can contact us.

A copy of your receipt can be printed once you’ve logged in. From the course home screen, choose, Print My Receipt. A copy of your receipt will be sent to the email that is tied to your account.
