An electrical fire inside a Harvard University dorm on Sunday left the building with close to $100,000 in smoke damage. Fire crews were dispatched to 10 Akron St. at 3:20 p.m. where the blaze began in the basement of the six-story building. Deputy Fire Chief John Gelinas said there was a mechanical problem with the HVAC system.
