Our Exhibit Model

1) The exhibit will take place all day on opening day (Tuesday) to ensure the largest audience for exhibitors. Attendees will have 30 minutes in-between classes and 1.5 + hours for lunch.  Exhibitor booths will be located directly outside of the meeting space so attendees will be able to visit the exhibits throughout the day.

2) Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks will be served inside the exhibit area for additional networking opportunities.

3) The President's Evening Reception:  This 2-hour reception will be held on Tuesday evening directly after the exhibits.   All exhibitors are welcome to continue the networking experience and join in the festivities.  Be prepared for a a great networking session and reception.

Exhibit Specifics & Cost


Members:  $1100. | Non Members: $1400. 
Become a member and you will get the first years free (normally $300.) plus you will receive the member price for this exhibit.  You will have the opportunity to do this during registration.

Exhibit Cost Includes:

  • 8X10 booth space, 8 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, wireless internet and registration for one (1) exhibitor.  Additional exhibitors can be added during registration.
  • Invitation to The President's Reception Tuesday evening which will give you an additional opportunity to socialize with conference attendees.
  • Conference meals with attendees:  Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks.

Exhibitor Marketing Benefits:

  • Company Name and Link to your website on our Forum exhibitor's web page for several months before and after our Forum.
  • Company Name will appear in the Forum Program Guide.
  • Ability to place banner ad in our newsletter (email to > 17K readers) for one month at no cost.  Supply art @ 250X250 pixels to SupportTeam@campusfiresafety.org
  • Ability to provide a product presentation (electronically) to be placed in our Forum Presentation area at no cost.  All attendees can view and download from our private library for several years. Send to SupportTeam@campusfiresafety.org
  • Excel Spread sheet with all attendee contact details including email addresses.  Both before and after Forum for marketing purposes.
