Dave McGlynn

Dave McGlynn has over 18 years of experience in Fire & Emergency Services in both Municipal & Federal Fire Departments where he has served as a Firefighter, Driver/Operator and Company Officer. Dave served as a Station Captain for the Carlisle Barracks Fire Department at the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA before being promoted to the Chief of Training for the West Point Fire Department US Military Academy, NY. He is the Lead Instructor for “Passion in Leading” & “Building a Training Network.” Along with being a Fire Instructor and Public Speaker Dave is also the host of “Networking for Success” on Fire Engineering Talk Radio as well as a regular contributor for Fire Engineering and one of the Featured Presenters at FDIC International.
