PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION
We will approach all exhibitors to request your company and product information and (if applicable) a copy of your presentation. At that time, you may also submit .pdf files of product/company literature that we will post in our Virtual Forum approximately end December 2011.
EXHIBIT SCHEDULE

12:00- 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Reception inside exhibit hall starts at 5:30pm
Set up/Dismantle:
Set-up Dates: Nov 8 from 9:00 am - 12: 00 noon (exhibit starts approx. 12 - 12:30pm)
Dismantle: Nov 8 after 8:00 pm - Midnight (hotel will provide staff to help vendors with teardown.
Space includes:
Includes 10X10 ft. space and registration for 1 exhibitor
One 8 ft skirted table
A waste basket
One Chair
Also included is carpet, general lighting, pipes and drapes, heating/air conditioning as constructed in the hotel ballroom.
Electrical, Internet, and AV if needed, must be purchased from the hotel. See Forms.
