As a new member, our online system will automatically reduce the cost of your Non-Member Forum fee by $40 ... and you will be a paid Regular or Affiliate member of CCFS for the next 12 months.

HOTEL REGISTRATION - Indianapolis Marriott Downtown
Please book your hotel ASAP - your credit card will NOT be charged until you arrive at the hotel. Booking is merely to hold your room.
The hotel recommends booking your reservation via their web based reservations system. Reservations may be made, modified and/or canceled by individuals on-line. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the meeting.
Reservations must be made on or before the cut off date of Friday, October 14, 2011.

NON-GOVERNMENT GUEST ROOM RATES:
Single Occupancy: $ 109. Double Occupancy: $ 109. Triple Occupancy: $ 119. Quadruple Occupancy: $ 129.

GOVERNMENT GUEST ROOM RATES:
Single Occupancy: $ 91. Double Occupancy: $ 91. Triple Occupancy: $ 111. Quadruple Occupancy: $ 131.
FOR GOVERNMENT RATES: When booking your hotel, choose "I have an access code" and input the following to receive discounted pricing: GOVT2011. You must show your Government issued ID.

CALLING THE HOTEL If preferrable, you can also make reservations by calling Central Reservations at 317-822-3500 and referring to the group and meeting name (The Center for Campus Fire Safety, Campus Fire Forum 2011).
FYI -
*Special negotiated Room Rates are available (3) days prior to our event, based on availability. Government rates are quoted at the prevailing government per diem. All Government attendees will be asked to show valid Government issued ID at check-in.
