John Waters

John Waters is an Executive Fire Officer now serving the National Fire Sprinkler Association as a Field Service Coordinator.  He has served 48 years in the fire service, 37 on the career side with 29 of them as a Chief Officer. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland, and two Masters Degrees, one from Grand Canyon University and the other from the Naval Posgraduate School.  He is the primary editor of the 3rd edition NFSA's Retrofit Guide.
